MailSlurp is built on AWS infrastructure that scales with your usage. In order to maintain our sender reputation we monitor bounce rates for sent emails and apply limits to accounts that exceed certain bounce thresholds.

What rules apply

Paid accounts can email any domain. Limitations only apply to free accounts.

For free accounts all outbound emails are scanned for recipients from major email providers such as gmail and yahoo. Emails sending will be limited for free accounts if too many emails are sent to these public domains. This is to reduce spam levels on the platform.
